PCB Contract Manufacturing Quotes
- Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days and exclude taxes or duties. LTPCBA reserves the right to update quotes after 30 days.
- Production Timelines: Lead times reflect full production days only, excluding shipping time and technical consultation periods.
- Yield Tolerance: Up to 25% of arrayed boards may be classified as "X" outs (non-conforming units).
- Quick-Turn Processing: Data for urgent orders received by 9 AM China Time will be processed same-day. For standard orders, manufacturing lead time begins on the next business day.
- Lead Time Start: Lead times commence upon receipt of purchase order (PO), complete Gerber files, and file approval (if required). Delays in data submission or design changes may impact shipping schedules.
- Price Adjustments: LTPCBA retains the right to adjust prices for uncompleted contract portions due to increases in material, labor, transportation costs, or changes in project scope after contract signing. Price changes take effect on the date of customer notification.
Privacy Policy (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
At LTPCBA, we prioritize privacy and do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Data shared for order processing may be disclosed to manufacturing partners for quoting or production, but all partners must comply with our privacy policy and confidentiality measures, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Payment Terms
- Payment Method: Payments to LTPCBA’s bank account must be made in full, without deductions or fees. For international transfers, customers are responsible for ensuring the full invoice amount is received, including any transfer fees.
- Invoicing: All invoices are due in USD or EUR within 10 days of the invoice date, with no discounts applicable. Customers may not deduct, offset, or withhold payments for any reason.
- Late Payments: Overdue amounts will accrue daily interest at a rate of 10% per annum above the China Bank’s base rate, starting from the due date until full payment (including pre- and post-judgment periods). Customers are also liable for all collection costs, including legal fees.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled without penalty only if written notice is received at least 1 week before the confirmed delivery date and manufacturing has not yet begun. Partial or full charges apply to canceled orders that fail to meet these conditions.
Claims Process
- Damages/Quantity Discrepancies: Notify LTPCBA within 7 days of delivery for issues with damaged goods, incorrect quantities, or non-conforming products.
- Defects: For apparent defects, notify us within 7 days of delivery. For non-obvious defects, reports must be submitted within 7 days of discovery and no later than 3 months after delivery.
Electrical Testing
LTPCBA performs 100% electrical testing on all bare PCBs per IPC-9252 standards, using either Bed of Nails Fixture or Flying Probe testing methods during production.
Warranty Period
LTPCBA warrants bare boards against material and workmanship defects under normal use for 90 days from the shipment date ("Warranty Period"). For valid claims within this period, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace non-conforming boards at no cost, or
- Issue a credit equal to the original purchase price.
Replaced items become the customer’s property, while returned defective units become LTPCBA’s property. Refunded products must be returned to LTPCBA. We exclude liability for costs beyond the bare board value (e.g., components, labor, business interruptions). If LTPCBA assembled the PCB, we will cover component and labor costs for replacements or credits; all other limitations apply.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Chinese law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by Chinese courts, unless LTPCBA elects to invoke the jurisdiction of another country’s courts.
