Component ServicesA full set of substitutes:Has a mature and effective component procurement management system, and serves the PCBA foundry project with high cost performance.
A team of professional procurement engineers and experienced procurement personnel are responsible for the procurement and management of components for our customers.
Customers choose our full set of substitute materials, which greatly reduces the procurement cost and management cost, eliminates the trouble of multi-party communication, and improves the work effect.
OEM only:Relying on a strong procurement management team and component supply chain, we tend to provide customers with a full range of PCBA OEM services. Of course, we are also happy to provide customers with SMT chip processing services.
Customers provide us with components and PCB light boards, and we solder them after placement. In order to ensure the quality of the finished product, all our PCBAs are placed on the machine and the customer supply needs to ensure that the whole package is packaged, such as reel packaging and tape packaging.
some substitutes:Some core components or special components of customers are provided by customers. We are happy to provide customers with other components. The convenience of customers is the guideline of our work.
PCBA Soldering TypeWe offer PCBA soldering services for surface mount (SMT), post-in-plug (THT) or both. Of course, double-sided patch is the most basic ability.
Solder paste/solder wire/solder barWe provide leaded and lead-free (RoHS compliant) chip processing services to our customers. At the same time, we also provide customized solder paste soldering services with different metal contents according to customer requirements.
We have maintained close cooperation with solder suppliers such as Qianzhu and Alpha for a long time, only for higher quality needs, customers have needs, we can do it!
steel meshWe use laser stencils to ensure that components such as fine-pitch ICs and BGAs are mounted to IPC-2 Class or higher standards.
Minimum orderWe start from 1 piece, but we recommend our customers to produce at least 5 samples for their own analysis and testing.
Component size• Passive components: We are good at mounting inch 01005 (0.4mm * 0.2mm), 0201 small components.
• High-precision IC such as BGA: We can detect BGA components with Min 0.25mm pitch by X-ray.
Component packagingSMT components We accept reels, cut tapes, tubes and pallets for machine packaging. Post-weld components are accepted in bulk.

TestBefore delivery, we will apply various test methods to the PCBA in placement or already placed:
• IQC: Incoming Check;
• IPQC: In-production inspection, first LCR test;
• Visual QC: routine quality check;
• SPI inspection: automatic solder paste optical inspection
• AOI: Soldering effect of SMD components, few parts or component polarity;
• X-Ray: Check BGA, QFN and other high-precision hidden PAD components;
• Functional Testing: Test functionality and performance in accordance with customer testing procedures and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements. …
Repair & ReworkOur BGA rework service can safely remove misplaced, misplaced, soldered and other bad BGAs and reattach them to the PCB perfectly.
